1 cup milk (almond milk can be used too)
1 medium banana (frozen)
1/2 cup blueberries (frozen)
1 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
1/4 cup instant plain oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash of salt
