  • Avondale KidFest

    Games and activities for all ages await at the Avondale Kid Fest. There will be food trucks, live entertainment, character visits, crafts, and it’s the Splash Pad opening weekend. 

  • Maricopa County Fair

    The fair features the largest county fair carnival in Phoenix with over 35 rides, food offerings like Steve's Flaming hot turkey legs, deep fried coffee, the Mac Doggie Dog, and so much more. Like to shop? The shopping pavilion is filled with over 60 vendors plus there are over 25 more vendors outside. Agriculture and livestock are a part of the fair’s history and tradition and is a mainstay.

  • Food Stock

    Peoria Sports Compelex 16101 N. 83rd Ave., Peoria, Arizona

    Families will enjoy more than 55 local food trucks with $3 samples, free bounce houses, a splashpad, a playground, and face painting at Food Stock. All gate proceeds will help feed hungry children in the West Valley through the Peoria Diamond Club’s nonprofit program.

  • Bug Fest

    The Butterfly Wonderland Foundation presents the biggest bug bash of the year, the 7th annual Bug Fest! Enjoy cockroach races, butterfly releases, a photo 'hissing booth', bug zoo learning stations, edible insect treats, crafts and more! This event is free and recommended for bug-lovers of all ages.

  • FREE Camping Adventures Presented by Star Bright Academy

    Join Star Bright Academy for free fun to welcome summer. They will be exploring bugs, growing plants, reading by a campfire, and going fishing. There will be a variety of other creative activities including crafts, read alouds, and fun educational games. All of these events will be held indoors in a big, air-conditioned room. There will be giveaways and a yummy treat as well. What better way to spend a hot summer morning! Hours: 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for suggested ages 1 to 4. From 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. for suggested ages 4 to 7.

  • “The Wizard of Oz”

    Embark on a magical journey with Dorothy, Tin Man, Scarecrow, and Cowardly Lion as they follow the Yellow Brick Road and venture Over the Rainbow to the Emerald City. Help them fulfill their heart's desires and return Dorothy to Kansas. Inspired by the 1939 film with music by Harold Arlen and lyrics by E.Y. Harburg, experience the enchanting world of Oz at Arizona Broadway Theatre, a professional dinner theatre in the West Valley known for its top-notch musical productions.

  • “Jurassic World” Live Tour
