The Island of Dr. Libris celebrates the power of imagination with an action-packed adventure that harnesses the creative power of live theater. Billy’s spending the summer in a lakeside cabin that belongs to the mysterious Dr. Libris. But something strange is going on. Besides the security cameras everywhere, there’s Dr. Libris’ private bookcase. Whenever Billy opens the classic books inside, he can hear sounds coming from the island in the middle of the lake. Before long, Dr. Libris’ island is populated by some of the most famous characters in all of literature: Hercules, Robin Hood, Maid Marian, The Three Musketeers, Tom Sawyer, and Pollyanna.
The Lion King JR tells the story of Simba a young lion who is to succeed his father as King of the Pride Lands; however, after Simba's paternal uncle Scar murders Simba’s father, the young lion is manipulated into thinking he was responsible and flees into exile.
