Throughout the month of July, Arizonans can donate teaching supplies at any OneAZ branch and enter to win one of three Kids Size Mini-Ford Broncos.

“Teachers are the foundation of Arizona’s educational system,” said Kim Reedy, OneAZ President and CEO. “We’re asking all Arizonans to come together to support teachers by bringing in items like pencils, notebooks, binders and even classroom decorations. We’re making this supply drive so much fun – who doesn’t want to see their kid or grandkid cruising around in one of these awesome mini-Broncos!”

To enter the giveaway, anyone in Arizona can donate classroom supplies at one of 20 OneAZ branches throughout Arizona. OneAZ branches are open 9:00am-6:00pm Monday & Friday, and 9:00am-5:00pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. To find the location nearest you, visit OneAZcu.com/locations.

A contest entry form will be made available once a donation is made. The donation drive and Kids Size Mini-Ford Bronco giveaway will run from July 1, 2022 through July 31, 2022. Winners for each of the three Kids Size Mini-Ford Broncos will be announced on or after August 15, 2022.

Donations from this Teacher Supply Drive will be distributed to charitable organizations dedicated to teacher and student needs throughout Arizona. OneAZ will select nonprofit organizations in each of the Credit Union’s service regions to receive the donated items.

According to AdoptAClassroom.org, teachers spend an average of $750 of their own money on school supplies. Many teachers spend even more – with 30% spending $1,000 out of their own pocket each school year on supplies for their own classrooms.
