Promoting Community Health

NOAH Offers Free Sports Physicals and Well-Child Checks in Phoenix and Scottsdale.

Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH), a non-profit dedicated to providing quality healthcare to underserved communities, is hosting free sports physicals and well-child checks in north Phoenix and south Scottsdale. The events will take place on Saturday, July 29 and Saturday, August 5, from 8 am to 2 pm at the NOAH Palomino Health Center and NOAH Cholla Health Center, respectively.

NOAH aims to ensure that all individuals in need of a well-child check or sports physical have access to these essential services, regardless of their financial circumstances. Beyond medical examinations and any necessary vaccinations, participants will also receive dental, vision, and behavioral health screenings. Further, NOAH will offer resources for nutrition and community support. All these services will be provided at no cost to the patient.

In addition to health services, each participant will receive a $25 Skechers shoe voucher, a backpack with school supplies, a family resource kit, and other giveaways while supplies last. These event offerings have been made possible through the generous partnerships with Molina Healthcare, Mercy Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, and Arizona Lottery Gives Back.

To register for either event, prospective participants should call 480-906-4269.
